Set within a 2.5-acre private, fully fenced estate, the villa is surrounded by nature, offering peace, space, and complete privacy. Including its charming treehouse, the property is exclusively yours—ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxed and authentic island escape. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Designed on one level, the villa blends comfort with vibrant décor. The main entrance opens into a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a cozy dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. Large French doors lead to a generous veranda with an outdoor dining area overlooking the private pool, sea, and surrounding mountains. Bedrooms The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms: •Master Bedroom – Elegantly decorated, with an en-suite bathroom featuring both bath and shower •Turquoise Bedroom – A cozy double room with shared access to a spacious bathroom •Children’s Bedroom – With twin beds, ideal for younger guests In addition, the property includes a charming private treehouse, offering a truly unique stay. The treehouse features a king-size bed, minibar, and a private bathroom with shower. A private balcony and direct access to the old threshing floor, where a hammock awaits, complete this secluded hideaway. The shared bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.
