The space Overlooking the Regents Canal, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment is right in the heart of London. The building is very safe and secure. The keyless door is excellent, and the hallway lights automatically come on as you enter the apartment. The kitchen is classic and modern, with up-to-date appliances and beautiful wooden countertops. The L-shaped sofa means there is plenty of room to kick back and relax in front of the TV! The doors from this area lead out onto the balcony, which is standing room only. The bedroom has a UK King-sized bed, complete with fresh luxury linen. You can access a private communal garden at the building entranc,e along with the balcony. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your visit. NOTE: Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the property, in the private garden, or on the terrace. The grass is artificial turf and can be burnt and damaged by dropped cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in the communal garden and between the building complexes." Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, balcony area, and communal garden. All wardrobes and drawers in the bedroom are empty for guest use. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
