Private pool with solar heating system to increase water temperature A Quinta is a well maintained, air conditioned, traditional villa just 5 minutes drive from Fuseta beach. Cool in summer yet warm and cosy in winter. Spacious outside dining & kitchen/BBQ area, next to the 3m x 6m pool with sea views. Large trampoline, ping pong table & badminton lawn, swing & play area set in an established garden. Safe and perfect for families. 5 minutes’ drive from lots of good restaurants, bank & shops. The space Our villa is in the country side and easily accessible from a quiet tarmac road. The garden is well established and a haven for families. Although most of the summer fun takes place between the pool, trampoline, outside kitchen and BBQ there is plenty of room to roam and walking or cycling is especially lovely in the cooler periods. We've put a solar heating system in to increase the temperature of the pool water. The great benefit of this is that it is completely ECO and carbon zero and we offer it free to you at no extra cost. But, it does need lots of sunshine to work and does not heat up the pool like a traditional electric heater would. The villa is not isolated but the garden offers privacy and our area is safe day and night. Please note, rather than a traditional 4th bedroom, there is a cosy mezzanine area accessed by a wooden staircase that contains the 4th sleeping area, please see the photos for more details. Solar powered air conditioning gives carbon free cooling to the bedrooms and main living area if required, but it is not required most of the time, as, unless there is a real heat wave, the lazy ceiling fans keep you cool. For winter guests, should there be a spell of cold weather, the house can be made warm and cosy using the underfloor central heating system, powered by the glass fronted wood-burner set in an inglenook fireplace. Fast Fibre Optic internet, SmartTV (just log on to your Netflix or Prime account) maid service and pool cleaning once a week are included. Sorry, no pets. No Smoking inside the house. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property, except for the garage and office. Other things to note Car hire is essential when staying at our house especially in the summer because of the heat. Cycling is lovely the rest of the year and there is a reliable taxi service all year round . The villa is 3 minute drive from the train station. Trains are reliable, safe, inexpensive and take bicycles. Walking in the surrounding countryside is very pleasant outside the summer months and the villa is located in a wild orchid mecca that can be enjoyed from February to May.
