El Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th-century Andalusian farmhouse located in the Granada valley, three km from the city. It houses four apartments of different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the farmhouse. La Cuadra's house has two double bedrooms, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a private terrace. Surrounded by large gardens, pool and parking. The space El Cortijo del Pino is a large agrarian building from the late 19th century restored to offer four independent accommodations distributed in former agricultural outbuildings, as well as family housing and other spaces for agricultural activity. The building is structured on two floors around a central patio of stone columns, a tower with palomar, aljibe and outbuildings for agricultural use. The whole building is surrounded by gardens with abundant vegetation: glycinias, lilos, palm trees, laurels, cypresses… and on the south facade, an orange orchard, the pool and the solarium. The renovation of the building has preserved the structure of the building by recovering most of the original building elements: carpenters, solerias, and even furnishings and furnishings in a cozy atmosphere of great authenticity. In addition to tourist use, Cortijo del Pino maintains its agricultural activity, with two hectares of organic fruits (apples, perals, plums, apricots...). Its staggered production throughout the summer goes to local consumer groups and specialty shops in the city. Its location makes it possible to enjoy all the cultural offer of the city, while staying in a traditional building with the characteristic architecture of the Vega de Granada. Very close to town while away from bustling urban activity. The Cuadra's house is located in the old vaquería in Cortijo. This 4 m high space is next to the main body of the cortijo. It has two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with wood stove and integrated kitchen. Outside a terrace under the gynias pergone with orientation to the sunset. To get there without a car from the bus or train station you can take a taxi or Uber with a cost of about 15 euros. To access the center of Granada you can use this service again or use our bicycles (on loan for our customers) . A free service always according to availability. *Rules of coexistence and use of the accommodation - The number of guests must match the one set for each listing. -No pets are allowed in any of the facilities. -It is not allowed to listen to music outside the home, except with the use of headphones, to maintain the tranquility of the environment and respect for other guests. -For safety and fire prevention reasons, use of BBQ is not allowed. -The spaces for celebrations are not organized or ceded.
