In late July and August, water level will drop significantly as irrigation demands increase. There is no dock so please plan accordingly for access and watercraft launching. • Please do not leave food outside. Wild animals such as bears can come by. • This home is protected by outside security cameras. RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS -Minimum guest age 25 years -Rental Agreement with verified picture ID required -House Rules enforced HOUSE RULES  The maximum number of guests is limited to what was indicated on the reservation. Additional visitors may NOT stay overnight. Any persons on the property are the sole responsibility of guest who made the reservation and must have permission from owner to access property. Non-compliance may result in termination of reservation.  NO SMOKING INSIDE. If you do smoke outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts.  NO PETS unless pre-authorized by host-additional cleaning fee enforced.  NO FIREWORKS. Fireworks are absolutely prohibited on the property.   DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.  Please be respectful to the NEIGHBORS. Be mindful of excessive noise especially in the evening. No other guests or persons are allowed access into our property.  If you choose to use fire pits, please EXTINGUISH ALL FIRES before going back inside. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. - Please follow check-in check-out procedures. No illicit drugs. No excessive noise. Need to respect property lines- Please follow posted house rules. If something gets damaged during your stay, you must report this for the safety of others. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.-By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. - Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity including but not limited to drug use, noise violations, violence, and destruction of property will result in eviction and forfeiture of deposit, paid rental rates, and may result in criminal charges.
