Located in a quiet area of Mutxamel, the property is just a 15-minute drive to Playa San Juan. The villa features a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (Beds: 160 x 200 cm), and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Up to two additional single beds can be arranged on request at a cost of €90 per unit per stay. Towels, sheets, and beach towels are provided, and high chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon request. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and outdoor facilities such as a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, and garage for 2 cars with private parking. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason. The client who made the reservation must be present on the day of entry. - Upon arrival, a private vacation rental contract is signed. You can request the contract in advance, and we will send it to you. - Failure to comply with the aforementioned points, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation - Normal electricity consumption of 20 kWh/day is included. Any higher consumption will be charged an additional €0.20/kWh. A €200 deposit will be charged on-site via credit card for electricity consumption. - Prices for handover keys: 16.00 – 22.00 without any charge, 22.00 – 24.00 we charge 15,- € extra, after 00.00 we charge 30,- € extra.
