The space The apartment comprises of a living room open plan to the kitchen, a hallway which leads to 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a HUGE terrace of approximately 80 square metres where have incredible views over the surrounding mountains. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note The municipal swimming pool in Comares is open July and August. There is a small fee to enter the pool. The times of the opening of the swimming pool may vary. A baby bed and high chair can be hired for 15 euros per week per item. Please ask for this when you make your reservation. Monthly rentals (28 days or more) include 100 euros of electricity. Guests who use more than this amount need to pay the difference. Electricity is charged at 0.40 euros per unit/kw and gas bottles (which are only needed for the hob) can be bought locally.
