It's a quiet and rural place to relax and unwind. 150 meters from the house there are hiking trails. The bedroom cabin is independent and separated by an outdoor patio from the kitchen and bathroom. In the surroundings of the house and on the coast, you can enjoy many mountain activities (hiking, picking aromatic plants, climbing, ornithology, mountain biking, etc.) and sea activities (snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, sailing boats, etc.). Enjoy the silence on quiet nights that give us a sky full of stars. Organic and bioclimatic architecture have guided the construction, using ecological materials, thermo-clay walls for thermal and sound insulation and certified wood from sustainable forests. Our goal is sustainability and care for the environment. The result: a house integrated into its surroundings, with plenty of natural light and cross ventilation. We use solar energy, high energy efficiency lighting, rainwater, cleaning with environmentally friendly products, recycling used cooking oil, treating wastewater with biological filters, avoiding single-use plastics. We share awareness with guests on the proper use of water and saving electricity consumption, recycling waste, for the mitigation of climate change. Guest access The house is not shared and has private access and garden. Private land of 2000 square meters. Private parking in the garden The nearest house is 25 meters away. Other things to note - Before check-in, it is mandatory to send a copy of the ID of all guests If you do not send this documentation one day before check-in, you will not have access to the house Please note the following: - ONLY mobile phones, tablets and laptops can be charged. - You CANNOT use a hairdryer, hair straighteners, clothes irons, toasters, etc. If you need any clarification, please don't hesitate to ask me. - No smoking allowed - Please DO NOT throw anything down the toilet (no toilet paper, pads, papers, cigarette butts) to avoid odors and blockages. - Dogs are very welcome, (not cats), you have to include them when booking, when there is more than 1 dog, ask me for the extra fee. - After 9 pm, do not make noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. -It is forbidden to make fires or barbecues because the house is in a protected area - No parties or events allowed, no loud music allowed. -The extra fee for pets does not cover the expenses incurred if a special cleaning had to be done, because there would be hair on the duvets, sofas, blankets, chairs or excrement in the garden. In this case, €90 would be claimed. - The loss and replacement of keys costs €50 -The nearest house is located 25 meters away. The house is rented seasonally for a minimum of 10 days, according to the LAU urban lease law. A lease will be signed detailing the rental conditions. - Upon check-out, all furniture and objects must be placed in the same place they were found at check-in. Otherwise, the guest will have to pay an extra fee of at least €90 as a result of the work to relocate the furniture.
