Built on a small peaceful complex with stunning views over Lake Dathee, 5 minute drive to lake and championship 18 hole golf course, boating and fishing. 2 minute walk to a large communal heated swimming pool ( OPEN FROM MID MAY UNTILL 22nd OF SEPTEMBER ) . Vire is a large town with many shops, restaurants, & supermarkets just a 10 minute drive away. The space The property is modern and comfortable. It's a two minute walk to the on site swimming pool. There is a small gym area, table football for the children, and outside play area, crazy golf and petanque. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and terrace. Parking is directly outside the property. There is a key box on the left side of the front door. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS A COMMUNAL POOL AND THEREFORE I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES THAT CAUSE CLOSURES DURING YOUR STAY. This property is not suitable for very young children under 3 years old. Please consider if you have young children that the master bedroom and children’s rooms are on different levels so may not be suitable unless there is perhaps an older child as well. There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Please state age of children when you request to book . Thank you.
