With space for 4 to 10 guests, we’re delighted to host responsible group gatherings. Our home is more than just a place to stay—it’s part of our family’s story. Many of the furnishings and details you’ll find here have been passed down through generations, each with its own memory and meaning. We kindly ask our guests to treat the house with the same care and consideration they would offer their own. Please note that, in accordance with our insurance and local licensing regulations, the number of guests must not exceed 10 at any time. For the comfort and safety of all, we kindly ask that no external visitors stay overnight. Daytime visitors are also not permitted unless agreed with us in advance. Other things to note A Note About Respect & House Rules This house is more than just a place to stay—it’s our home. Many of the furnishings and objects within hold both significant monetary and sentimental value, and we warmly welcome only guests who will treat the space with the same respect and care we do. We ask that you be mindful in your use of the home and treat it with the utmost consideration. Our townhouse is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, and we’re committed to being thoughtful neighbours. To that end, we ask that noise levels remain low at all times, especially between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Parties are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect this, or exceeding the number of guests stated in the booking, may result in immediate eviction without refund. Please also note: Overnight visitors are not allowed under any circumstances. Daytime guests must be approved by us in advance.
