Walk to Mercy Hosp. -coffee shop. SPACE: Upper apt in owner-occupied house; 5 single beds in 3 bedrooms. Kitchen, 2 living rooms. Outside upper porch. CHECK-IN: Between 11 am -9pm. (Give 2 hr. range of ETA). Park in driveway- ring doorbell. Get keys from Host. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Messages by EMAIL or APP. The space Guests say it feels like a real home. Functional and uncluttered. All modern conveniences with retro look. Modern bath. Plenty of towels. Five TWIN/SINGLE beds. Listing not suitable for guests needing a double, or larger bed. Only one person/group occupies apt at one time. (No sharing of space with strangers. ) No visitors to apt. allowed, not even family. Only registered guests are allowed in apt. No exceptions to this policy. There is a video doorbell outside the guest entrance. There is a camera mounted on the front porch. Guest access Guests have total access to everything in apt. including complimentary food and drinks. We provide cereals, bottled water, milk, and unlimited coffee and tea. Wi-Fi, three digital TV's, Windows 7 computer, lots of books, board games, puzzles. Guests are welcome to sit on upper or lower outdoor porches or walk in garden area. Complete assortment of toiletries in bathroom are available to guests. Other things to note This is an owner-occupied rental. Owner personally greets guests. There is no lock box. If not sure you will arrive by 9 pm to check in, please seek other accommodations as Host will not admit guests past that time, with some limited exceptions which must be agreed upon before booking. Three-day limit may be waived for 1-2 guests under certain circumstances. Parking in available in owner's driveway.
