Fully equipped apartment to accommodate 8 people. 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190) 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80 x 90) Equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction cooktop). Raclette machine, fondue machine, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Possibility of baby equipment loan (baby bed with sheets, high chair), sled and skis for children 3–6 years old. Linens (sheets, towels and table/kitchen linen) as well as the cleaning package at the end of the week are included. Guest access The chalet is divided into 2 apartments. The rented part is located on the ground floor. The first floor is occupied by the owners on weekends and part of the school holidays. As the chalet is located on the top of a sloping plot, access is unfortunately not possible for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note During the winter & summer seasons, rentals are for a minimum of 7 days and must be from Saturday to Saturday In spring and autumn, the minimum duration is 2 days with the possibility of arriving and leaving on weekdays, but it is preferable to send a message before booking to ensure availability (mainly for logistical reasons related to the availability of the housekeeper). Access to the ski area: Samoëns is a mountain village located 650 m above sea level. Access to the Grand Massif ski area is via a very convenient cable car next to Samoëns village, which provides the ascent to Samoëns 1600 and arrives directly at the start of the slopes and ski schools. This cable car is located about 1 km from the center of Samoëns village. The chalet enjoys a prime location. Ideally located on the southern slope, above the village, you can enjoy maximum sunshine and panoramic views of the entire Giffre Valley.
