The space Full of authenticity and charm, this former sheepfold, renovated in 2024, spans two levels of 120 m² each, offering an ideal setting to recharge in complete serenity and share warm moments with friends or family. Each room, oriented towards the Gironde estuary and the terrace, is bathed in natural light and offers stunning views, inviting relaxation. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, plush sofas, and panoramic views of the estuary, creating a warm and soothing ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large dining room that can accommodate up to 16 guests. This space is perfect for sharing convivial meals and extending evenings in a joyful atmosphere. The ground-floor sleeping area includes two master suites: one with a bathroom and the other with a shower room and toilets for optimal comfort. Upstairs, couples will be delighted to retreat to two additional master suites, each with its own shower room and private toilets. On the other side of the house, there is a double bedroom and a dormitory with six beds, sharing a shower room, toilets, and a TV lounge.
