The VILLA CASA RIPI is situated between Siena and San Gimignano 5 km far from the ancient village Radicondoli. Quiet but not remote, located in one of the most panoramic landscape in the hart of Tuscany and cultural richest area Italy. The farmhouse from the 10th century was restored recently lavish in typical medieval natural stone design. The location gives the guests peace and natural experiences in its purity with grandiose panoramic view. The space The appartement Pavone has 55,2 square meters and is situated at south east location (sunrise) with a beautiful view. It was renovated in 2008 in typical Tuscan style. It is equipped with a living room with integrated kitchen, bath/WC and two bedrooms. The living room provides a dining table and a complete equipped kitchen (4burner gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, boiler, espresso machine, coffee maker and toaster). Further a comfortable couch with double bed position, free Wi-Fi, 32 Inch Smart-TV with Wi-Fi connection and Netflix, stereo and central heating. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed with the width of 140cm and a bunk bed with the same width. The bathroom includes a shower (large shower tray with bench), WC, bidet and a hairdryer. The access to the second bedroom and to the bathroom is from the main bedroom. On the 32 square meters wide terrace is a table with chairs, sun loungers and an awning. Please notice that the indoor fireplace that you can see in the photos is not working. Free high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for homeworking. The accommodation is "Bike-friendly": - lockable room that can be used as a storage for bicycles, motorcycles and other sports equipment - use of washing machine and dryer - information material, hiking and mountain biking maps - possibility to rent bikes, e-bikes and vespa just 17 km away, with home delivery and collection service.
