One of the oldest cottages in Fairford, Once owned by King Henry VIII. Tudor Cottage is a period Cotswold stone cottage in a row of terraced limestone properties on London Street in the pretty market town of Fairford, which is situated in the beautiful Coln Valley and the Cotswold Water Park The space Access to free wifi, constant hot water and central heating In the sitting room is a wooden floor with a rug for your comfort, a wood burner. There is a leather sofa, sofabed, good lighting with plenty of lamps, soft throws and lots of cushions. A digital TV with Freeview Play so you can catch up on the past 7 days of television, DVD player, books, DVD's, board games The kitchen has tiled floor and is very well equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and many pots, pans and cooking utensils. A good selection of crockery and glassware. Dining room There is a lovely kitchen table with seating Utility Room equipped with Freezer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer Iron and Ironing board On the first floor you will find a ornate Superking bed and two trundle beds (upon request) for children. hanging space and cupboards with a dressing table and stool, a hairdryer, straighteners, bedside cabinets and table lamps. The bathroom has a roll top bath, seperate overhead shower, basin and a w.c. From the Backdoor you enter a small paved courtyard which is a secure area for dogs, there is then a small pathway that leads to the cottage garden which is private and secure. We have two seating areas, a BBQ. Whatever you have in mind, we’re sure that we can provide the perfect base for it! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole of Cottage including the private cottage garden at the rear of the property. Other things to note Children are very welcome. However please note stairs are steep Keys are accessed by a key code. Minimum Stay 3 nights Check in 4pm Check Out 10am Please note it is assumed that if 2 guests book this is for 2 sharing one bedroom and discounts are applied. Therefore if both bedrooms are required please note there is an additional £75 charge for the second bed to be made.
