Rate includes Lycoming County hotel occupancy tax of 5% and a 6% Pennsylvania state tax. This home can accommodate 12 quite comfortably with four very private sleeping areas, three of which have an en suite and the fourth has access to a half bath. There are also three distinct living room areas, making this home suitable for multiple families as well as hiking, kayaking, and birding groups.
