Blue Sky Amazing, Isolated Stone Villa with Pool!

Villa Blue Sky is a charming stone house built using the famous white Brač marble. Two pools settled in a peaceful olive garden will offer you privacy, while the city center of Bol (300m), grocery shop, fish-market and pharmacy are only a few minutes away on foot. The Villa offers great sea views. Newly built in a traditional Dalmatian style, the modern interior is equipped with all appliances and comforts for a perfect stay. Zlatni rat, the most popular beach in Croatia, is only 1500m away. The space The villa is gated, private and peaceful, but still within walking distance of the city center. The interior consists of two floors. • Ground floor: big bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a spacious living room and big bathroom. • Top floor: two bedrooms, each with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with smart TVs. The luxury interior is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. However, it is the amazing sea view that will leave you breathless. You can enjoy it from the safety of our large terrace with a private heated pool, an outdoor barbecue, outside dining area, a lounge zone and comfortable chairs. The most special thing about our place is the intimate atmosphere of a peaceful olive garden and the proximity of the city center. We also have a playground for your kids! Guest access The entire property is at your disposal: the two-floor villa, heated swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, children's playground and covered parking space. Other things to note How to get to Bol: Arrive in Split. From Split harbor, there are 2 ways to get to Bol: 1) By catamaran (croatian: katamaran) – direct route, Split-Bol. No cars allowed, passengers only. 2) By ferry – indirect route, Split-Supetar. From Supetar, take a bus to get to Bol ( 1 hour ride). Alternatively, you can always take a taxi - check the prices first! When you reach the center of Bol, the Villa is only a short walk away.
