The space Villaluz is a charming Villa built in the Sevillan 1920s style at the beach front in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, province of Cádiz. From its terraces at three levels you can contemplate the mouth of the Guadalquivir river as it joins the Atlantic. At one side of the river, Spain's largest national park, 30km of virgin beaches and protected nature that are easily accessible. At the other, the bustling city of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, capital of Manzanilla and historical heritage. The province of Cádiz offers the best-preserved beaches in Spain, a delicious gastronomy, 3.000 hours of sun per year and a gentle climate for the enjoyment of cultural excursions as well as sports activities such as kite surfing, horse-riding (both in front of the house), golf or paragliding. The house is located a 25' drive away from Jerez International Airport and high-speed train station (3h30 from Madrid). Possibility to rent together a second semi-detached house if more space is required (ask for a quote, or in general for any complementary information).
