No parties, drugs or prostitution will be allowed within our walls. Villa rental regulations Moroccan laws The tenant and the occupants undertake to respect the Moroccan laws in force, in particular the laws related to prostitution, drugs, fights with violence and degradation of property. It is recalled, in particular, that any relationship of a foreigner with a Moroccan outside marriage is prohibited by law. Likewise, the trade and consumption of drugs are severely repressed and punishable by imprisonment. In the event of non-compliance with these laws, the owner or his representative reserves the right to immediately expel any offender from the villa, even before the end of the stay, without compensation. Nuisances : The tenants / owner must respect the rules of good neighborliness, in particular in terms of noise pollution after normal hours. (10 p.m. to 9 a.m.) Energies : The owner cannot be held responsible for any irregularities or lack of use that may occur in the electricity services. It is recalled that the distribution of water and gas depends on the electricity supply. Tap water is not suitable for drinking. The tenant will ensure that they have normal and reasonable use of the lighting, heating and air conditioning installations. Safety Parents are responsible for the safety of children in general. Swimming pool is not equipped with a protective barrier, however there is a motion detection alarm that you can activate at your convenience. A housekeeper comes every day to clean the rooms, the villa and prepare breakfasts.
