The space The added value of the house and the priceless view that is the backdrop to the house. Our house doesn't just have a lake view, but it has direct lake access. The view is truly evocative in all the seasons of the year, it is possible to practice water sports such as canoes, swimming, pedalos, in winter not unusual to see the frozen lake in a unique beauty, the most transgressive walk and skate on a natural ice rink,one of the largest in Lombardy.... Also from the house you can access directly to the Lake where you can walk along the shores of the lake, and admire the beauty of the landscape, the colors that the lake reflects in all seasons of the year. To get to the lake it takes 30 meters from the house, and you have to cross the road that runs in front of the house that is usually in all seasons of the year and quite busy... Nearby you can eat in the various restaurants at low price, there is also a great public transport service to reach the various locations of the valley. As the owner I am very attentive to the needs of our guests, for me they are special people and they deserve all my consideration. I try to be attentive to their needs by trying to put my guests at ease. During the stay I will not be physically present at the place of vacation, however I will always be available for any information you need. Guest access The house is quite large and can comfortably stay for 2 to 12 people, and the house has a fenced-in inner courtyard where you can park 2/3 cars. Other things to note For the sake of fairness to guests, I would like to inform you that the road that runs near the house is quite busy during the day, so the house is not in an isolated area, but in an environment full of life throughout the year.
