On the first floor is the living room with kitchen and the bathroom with toilet. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with a spacious bunk bed suitable for 2 people. On the second floor, you can sleep in the attic among the old beams and trusses. Here are 2 spacious single beds. A maximum of 8 people can stay overnight in the water tower. There is plenty of space around the water tower outside to relax, and the children can play in the sun. At the bottom of the Watertoren's cellar, you will still find the original grinding equipment from 1836. Guest access The water tower is detached (Central Groningen) and is rented out completely. It is surrounded by a spacious lawn with terraces and 4 private parking spaces. There are no other recreational homes and the like in the vicinity. Fast WIFI is available in the water tower. The water tower also has luxury underfloor heating and a large dishwasher. Other things to note No pets allowed in the Torentje van Trips. Also, more than 8 people are not allowed. Additional children (maximum 2) up to 12 years old after consultation.
