The space Villa with pool next to the beach, Es Canutells Minorcan style villa, located very close to the sea in the quiet urbanization of Es Canutells, southeast of the island, near to local amenities. The property consists of the main house and an annex. The main house has a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and two single bedrooms which share the second bathroom. One of these bedrooms communicates with the living room and can be separated by a curtain. The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for the whole family to gather and relax. The annex with an independent entrance, has a double room with bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The house also has a beautiful terrace, a large garden with swimming pool and barbecue area. But the best thing about the villa is its location on the south coast of the island, just 4 minutes’ walk from the romantic beach of Es Canutells and very close to amenities such as restaurant, supermarket and shops. Guest access The whole villa is rented, the main house and the annex. Other things to note Please, take care of the umbrella. It should remain closed when it is windy or when you are not in the property. In case of bookings shorter than 7 nights, final cleaning is charged extra- 200€ Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher tablets, a garbage bag inside each bin, dishwashing detergent, a scourer, and a kitchen cloth. These items are provided for your convenience during the first few days of your stay but are not replenished for the entire duration. Please note that condiments or oil are not included. Environmental tax ( 2€ per person per night) is not included.
