great holiday flat in Leipzig

this new built holiday flat has 2 rooms (1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a studio couch (2 more sleeping places). it has a patio, heated floor and is fully furnished. You also have your own sauna. shopping and public transportation is available within a few walking minutes. Parking is free right in front of the flat. it only takes about 15 driving minutes to the city center. I am sure you will enjoy your stay in Leipzig. I hope to welcome you soon. The space the flat is designed for 2 people but can easily house 4 people because it has a huge studio couch that provides 2 more beds. Guest access the flat has its own seperat entrance. Furthermore there is a nice patio with a barbecue grill, a garden and free parking and free sauna.
