Beautiful charming typical Champagne house of about 160m² enclosed by walls with heated pool of 6m by 4 (June to October, before or after depending on the weather) Charming village on the edge of the vineyard 20 minutes from Reims. Beautiful sleeping capacity, with its 5 bedrooms and a separate living room with sofa bed (on one level) 2 of the rooms are located above 2 others and are interconnecting linens are not provided: €20 per bed; to be ordered before your arrival. Towels not provided The space the house is on 2 floors ground floor: 1 entrance with wardrobe, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 rear kitchen, 1 dining room and 2 living rooms, 1 of which can be converted into an independent bedroom, 1 toilet upstairs:5 bedrooms 2 of which are located above the other 2 and are interconnecting here are the bed dimensions: 3 beds 140 , 2 beds 160 and 1 sofa bed 160 bed and bath linen is not provided Bed linen to be ordered before your arrival: €20 per person. the garden is equipped with sunbathing, a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. the pool is private; it is open from beginning of JUNE to OCTOBER (earlier and later depending on outside temperatures); it is heated and accessible only from 7am to 8pm Fireplace: wood optional ( 15€) the house will offer you all the calm and charm necessary for a pleasant stay in Champagne. Located 20 minutes from Reims, you can enjoy the city of coronations and visit its many cellars in Champagne Our village is located on the tourist roads of champagne. For walkers, marked hiking trails leave the village and crisscross the surrounding countryside and vineyard. Guest access the whole house and its exteriors are for holidaymakers Other things to note a few specific points of the house rules: respect for the tranquility of the village and the neighbors the house is off-limits to smokers . everyone is asked to take off shoes as soon as they arrive at the house The closet at the entrance can accommodate your shoes 😊 DO NOT DISRUPT THE TV no party, no fireworks , no glitter , confetti ... no music outside, The swimming pool(in season) is accessible until 8pm It is forbidden to recharge your electric car (fire hazard!) Before your departure: In the cleaning fee, the kitchen is not included , thank you for putting it back in the same condition when you arrive . We invite you to put the house back in order , empty the dishwasher, empty all garbage cans , clean the barbecue, put the glass bottles in the glass bin (Ventelay road to the left of the town hall annex) , close all doors and windows. Any cleaning deemed excessive will be charged extra . We're so excited to welcome your four-legged friend to our home! As long as you follow the following rules: 1. Your dog, cat , should be clean, well-trained, and non-aggressive. 2. It may not climb on sofas, beds or other furniture 3 .It should not be left alone in the accommodation. 4.Please clean up any accidents 5 . It must be kept on a leash in the village . 6 .
