Beautiful converted Dairy Cottage

The ultimate in relaxation, set in a quiet farm location in the beautiful west wight countryside. The cottage in set in Newclose farm and has it's own private garden and terrace area with secure parking, there is an outside shared hot tub between the 2 cottages. The space This beautifully presented Converted Dairy cottage, has a private turfed garden area with patio, also from the master bedroom leading out of the French doors there is a raised terrace area. Off the lounge there is also another bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and sink. A large drive at the front enough for 2 cars and a shared courtyard area with a 6 person hot tub for use by the 2 cottages The cottage has a split level master bedroom and open planned living area with underfloor heating. This original island stone Dairy cottage is set in a quiet farm location in the beautiful West Wight countryside, with plenty of great walks and cycling areas. The property is equipped with free Wi-go, and guests have access to the hot-tub which is set in a private alcove in the central shared courtyard There is a washing machine, and well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ to use outside. Nick and myself live in one of the cottages out the farm, and if you need anything we're only a few doors away. Thorley is a very safe area with beautiful surroundings and views, great place to cycle and go on lovely walks from. Yarmouth town is only a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk away where there is various pubs and restaurants serving a variety of great food. There is also a convenience store, bakery, Deli and shops to look around, with the harbour and Wightlink boat terminal located there. There are beautiful safe bathing beaches found in Totland and Colwell bay which is a 10 minute drive away, in Yarmouth there is also the Sandhard where there a few BBQ areas overlooking the harbour. There are 2 bus stops at the top of the road which go in both directions, one towards Newport (which is central on the island) and the other towards Yarmouth and Freshwater. All parking is safe and secure in the farm area with your own private driveway. The cottage is a 5 minute drive away from the Wightlink Ferry Yarmouth crossing, and only a 30 minute drive away from the East cowes and Fishbourne ferry crossings. We provide a complimentary hamper on arrival which includes fresh local eggs, milk, tea, coffee, sugar. All bed linen and towels are provided in the cleaning cost, please bring your own beach towels. Wooden cot and highchair can be provided if needed (please let us know, we only ask that you please bring your babies sleeping bag). Also provided are a couple of toilet rolls and hand soap in both the bathrooms. There is also an ironing board, iron, hair-dryer, washing machine and clothes airer. Guest access The property is equipped with free Wi-Fi There is a washing machine, and well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ to use outside. Other things to note We provide a complimentary hamper on arrival which includes tea, coffee sugar and local magazines. There is also a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, with a selection of pods provided All bed linen and towels are provided in the cleaning cost, please bring your own beach towels. Wooden cot and highchair can be provided if needed (please let us know, we only ask that you please bring your babies sleeping bag ). Also provided are a couple of toilet rolls and hand soap in both the bathrooms. There is also an ironing board, iron, hair-dryer, washing machine and clothes airer ( ironing board and airer are stored under the bed) We also only have a minimum of 7 night stays from middle of July till the end of August with Saturday as the arrival day.
