The house has two spacious living-dining rooms, as well as a small dining room that opens onto the kitchen on the first floor, providing functionality and comfort in various areas. It includes a large game room and library, along with spacious, bright, and welcoming common areas. The AXIER-2 option is for the same property, optimized for smaller groups, offering a wide range of possibilities from 2 to 16 people, always adapting the house to the actual size of the group. Two fully equipped kitchenettes with a breakfast bar and complete tableware, designed for comfortable stays. It also includes a hot tub, large sofas, and reading areas.
