The Architect’s Villa is a spacious holiday villa with a private pool and sea views over the Messinian Gulf. The villa is designed in dialogue with traditional Mani architecture, yet has an absolutely modern feeling. The space The villa consists of three stone volumes and is split over two levels. The first volume consists of two Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second volume holds a gorgeous living room with a fireplace on the first floor and two Junior Bedrooms with shared bathroom and a playroom on the ground floor. The third volume includes a fully equipped kitchen while the dining area with sea view merges all volumes into one. Villa‘s floor-to-ceiling windows and metal details are unique characteristics of The Architect‘s Villa. The Architect’s Villa stands in the middle of an olive grove and its gardens give the feeling of aromatherapy. Outdoors the villa has a covered pergola with a dining area equipped with BBQ and a comfortable lounge next to the private swimming pool. Situated away from crowds, the villa is just a short drive away from picturesque Kardamyli village and unique beaches, such as Kalogria, Foneas, Kalamitsi. The villa was designed by awarded architects office 3harchitects and holds distinction in category "Residence" by Hellenic Institute of Architecture. Other things to note The safety of the children is their parents' responsibility. Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. The villa has a swimming pool which is not heated and has no shallow end. Pets, smoking, parties and events are not allowed. There is a twin villa next door which is not available to rent.
