Great for couples and families. This is our second home, recently refurbished, which we share for others to enjoy for a limited period each year. The space Ocean Blue is a very spacious second floor apartment which comfortably accommodates 6 with three large double bedrooms, a large family bathroom and an additional generous ensuite bathroom, but is equally suitable as a romantic bolt-hole for 2. With spectacular views across the golf course to Fistral Beach it is only a stroll away from Fistral beach to the West and the harbour and town to the East. Recently refurbished it is beautifully presented and stylishly decorated with the aim of creating a care-free beachy atmosphere. The sleeping accommodation comprises of: Master bedroom with King Size double bed, reclining chair and foot stool with patio door leading to a decked balcony where you can sit and relax to enjoy the sea views. It also has bedside tables, drawers, walk-in wardrobe, coffee table and Flatscreen TV, USB charger sockets and a large en-suite shower room with toilet and heated towel rail. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have zip and link beds which can be made up as two single beds or a super-king-sized bed on request. Both have bed side tables, drawers and a wardrobe and both are very spacious. Bedroom 3 also has direct access to the family bathroom. All bed linen and towels provided. The large family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail. The main living accommodation consists of a large hall with seat and shoe storage leading to spacious open-plan living/dining area with sea views. Large corner sofa seating 5-6, reclining chair with footstool and 49” HD Smart flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player and DAB radio. Contemporary, glass-topped dining table with six matching chairs. All leading to a large private balcony with seating for 4-5 and table with Spectacular views across Newquay Golf Course and down to Fistral Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and grill, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave and all other essentials including USB charger sockets. Video entry system and secure electric gates really do make this a very elite property. Please note that smoking is not permitted on the balcony or anywhere in the property. Guest access During your stay you will have sole access to Ocean Blue, two private balconies and secure ground floor storage for bicycles, wetsuits and surfboards etc Ocean Blue is located on the second floor with lift access to all floors.
