The space Villa Aux Lions is a completely detached 8-person villa with private swimming pool located in the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the cozy village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. The park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche has a large communal swimming pool, boules courts, tennis courts, ping pong tables, children's playground equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the Ardèche River, 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces. Accommodation: 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms, charging station for electric cars free to use from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., (heated) private swimming pool, private jeu de boules court and fully enclosed garden. As of April 1, 2024, super-fast fiber optic internet has been installed!!! The spacious and tastefully furnished villa Aux Lions with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park, and the villa and garden offer a lot of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The cozy covered terrace can be reached via a double sliding door. The living room is equipped with electric radiators, but also with an atmospheric wood-burning fireplace, (wonderfully warm in spring and autumn). A large Smart TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player. The entire house is equipped with screens and has shutters to keep the heat out. The beds are made upon arrival. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second refrigerator with extra large freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, microwave and oven. On the ground floor, there are also 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an indoor hallway closet and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and storage section, a mirror with chest of drawers and a chair. Through the French doors, you have an unobstructed view of the garden and the surrounding mountains, and you can walk right into the swimming pool. The second bedroom is in the front of the villa. This room also has French doors and is equipped with two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and nightstands, a large closet with hanging and shelf section, a mirror and a chair. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. All beds are provided with single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a modern bathroom cabinet with sink and a spacious shower with low entry, and is therefore also suitable for those with disabilities. A hairdryer is provided. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom. On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The first bedroom is in the front of the villa. Here again, 2 box spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, two large drawers, a chair and a mirror. The cozy fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool. Here again, two box spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, a cabinet with hanging and laying area, a chair and a mirror. Also upstairs, the beds have single duvets and pillows. Bathroom with modern bathroom furniture with sink, bathtub and toilet. On this floor, there is also a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The balcony has clotheslines and there is also a small billiard table. It is fun to play a game in the shade! From the balcony, you can also see the river. Outside: Once downstairs again, you walk from the living room through the sliding doors onto the spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace has a large table with eight adjustable chairs and 2 parasols. An electric barbecue is also available for guests. The garden is well protected, offers enough privacy and is enclosed with fences so that dogs and (small) children cannot walk away. In the back of the garden, there is a jeu de boules court with lighting, fun to play a game in the evening! There are 6 adjustable sun beds by the private swimming pool. The pool is securely enclosed with an electric roller deck. The pool heating allows the pool to be heated throughout the rental season. Professionals take care of the weekly maintenance. After swimming, you can take a shower under the outdoor shower (with hot water column). The private swimming pool is open from April to October. In the garage/storage room, you will find the washing machine and dryer and the electric barbecue. Here, there is also a bicycle with a bicycle bag ready for you, so that you can, for example, get fresh bread from the bakery in the morning by bicycle. In the hallway cabinet you will find the ironing board and iron and a crate with outdoor toys and jeu de boules balls. A safe is available in the villa. As of April 1, 2024, the villa is equipped with super-fast fiber optic internet. Pets are allowed. At the villa itself there is room for 2 – 3 cars to park. Also there is a charging station available to charge your electric car, this is free between 9:00 and 18:00. The cost of using the charging station will be charged afterwards.
