The apartment is located in a quiet complex in the famous Los Pocillos area in Puerto del Carmen, beach three hundred meters away. Swimming pool, tropical garden, free wifi and international Tv. Totally equipped kitchen (microwaves included). Great shower and washing machine. Private terrace with table and chairs. Perfect also for smart working. The space There is a living room with fully equipped kitchen (including microwave), double bedroom with pool and garden view, bathroom with large shower and washing machine, private terrace. There is hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffee maker. Free WiFi. Guest access It’s allowed to smoke only on the terrace. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 14 and disabled persons; the access to the house is by an external staircase with 17 steps. Animals are not allowed. Other things to note There are a cooling fan and a small safe with key. Available two private loungers on the terrace can also be used at the pool or beach. Very important note: the awning on the terrace must only be used with blocks and kept closed in case of wind. Other simple rules: the toilet system is only capable dealing with normal biological waste, therefore please do not throw anything of non biodegradable in the wc.
