Owls Lodge is an idyllic retreat for two. Completed in 2016 the Lodge is both comfortable and stylish. Located within the garden of the farmhouse, this fantastic lodge has been finished in a contemporary way with relaxation in mind. Situated down a short gravel track along the Clarendon way which is on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, Owls lodge is perfectly positioned for long peaceful walks and cycling. (Prices are based on two people sharing) The space Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen with comfy seating, SMART tv, and double doors that let the outside in and provide access to the veranda and garden area. Fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, storage space and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Lovely double bedroom. Shower room incorporating an oversized and spacious shower, WC and wash basin. Additional information: Oil fired central heating. Price includes bedlinen, towels, heating and electricity. A welcome of tea coffee milk and biscuits are provided upon arrival. Guest access A self contained lodge with exclusive access. Although in the grounds of our property Owls Lodge has its own fenced garden, mostly laid to lawn with outdoor seating and wonderful views across farmland, providing a lovely place for alfresco dining. There is plenty of off-road parking. Other things to note The lodge is approached by a stone track (an unmade road as part of The Clarendon Way) of approximately a third of a mile, NOT SUITABLE for low clearance vehicles. There is Wi-fi in the Lodge. Due to its rural location mobile phone service can be intermittent if not through the WiFi. Enjoy the chance of some peace and tranquility!
