Restharrow is situated between the villages of Rock and Polzeath, and set in a beautiful location, surrounded by natural beauty, embraced by breath-taking landscapes and captivating views towards the countryside, Brae Hill, Daymer Bay and the Camel estuary. Located within a short walking distance of Daymer Bay, guarded by it's own microclimate, it offers enjoyable family moments, memorable strolls and sunsets making it quite unique, and a perfect place to stay for families, children and pets. The space Restharrow is a spacious, light and airy yet homely 4 bedroom dormer bungalow, sleeping 8. Whilst keeping some character features, renovation works were completed in 2023. The property now benefits from a large new open plan kitchen/dinning room/lounge area and sun room, with the addition of a terrace to the front of the property on the first floor. Enjoy a unique stay in one of very few traditional houses left in the village. The first floor comprises 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and a separate bathroom. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom with a cot. A family bathroom with corner bath. Utility room. The open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge area, and delightful sun room where you can step outside to the garden and patio area, with table and seating for al fresco dining, family time and enjoying the view. The property benefits from a ramp with handrails for accessibility to the front of the property. There is ample parking for 3 cars, and the garden is enclosed for child safety. Guest access The whole of the property is available for access, except my locked store cupboards. The property will be unlocked ready for your arrival, with the keys inside the doors. The property has its own drive, and can easily take 3 cars, guests are also welcome to use the farm shop on the grass the other side of my stone wall for parking if they prefer. The property is enclosed and has 2 large wooden gates to the front drive, and two wooden gates to the rear. Other things to note No electric vehicle charging.
