With dual aspect windows and French doors and several outdoor seating areas so that you can make the most of the abundant wildlife and birds. The decked area to the rear has far reaching views over Romney Marsh and the boardwalk to the side makes sure that you do not miss out on anything. The space Ground Floor: Entrance to side into Open-Plan area comprising Sitting/Dining Room/Kitchen. Sitting Room is a fabulous living space with oak flooring throughout the ground floor, a comfortable Italian leather sofa with matching footstool, two seater sofa, armchair, rug, coffee table, occasional tables, a trunk with games, TV/DVD with Sky and Netflix and superfast Wifi. Dining Area has rectangular dining table, four chairs and a bench along one side that easily seats eight. Kitchen Area is well equipped and fitted with lots of cupboard space, a double electric oven and extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Shower Room has a tiled floor, with power shower, heated towel rail, fitted washbasin and w.c. First Floor: Bedroom 1 is beautifully furnished with a wooden framed king-size bed, bedside tables, wall mounted reading lights, dressing table and mirror, fitted wardrobe and shelving. En-Suite Shower Room is tiled with power shower, heated towel rail, fitted washbasin and w.c.with complimentary Kentish Romney soap. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside tables and wall-mounted reading lights, chest of drawers with mirror, fitted wardrobe and shelving. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedside tables, wall-mounted reading lights, radio, chair and fitted wardrobe with internal mirror and shelving. Garden: There is a screened Mediterranean garden to the front of property with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue, a decked area to the rear with a fenced pond and garden furniture and finally a boardwalk leading from the decked area around to the other side of the barn – perfect for wildlife watching. Guest access Use of owners’ tennis court by arrangement. The owners’ garden is part of the NGS and viewing is highly recommended – with owners’ permission. Other things to note There is a fenced pond with a locked gate which leads to a small pond with your very own rowing boat. A bottle of our own Apple Juice, made with the apples in the orchard, along with other goodies are provided upon arrival. During the month of August we tend to request full week stays with check in/out on Saturday. Last minute part weeks and/or different check out days are considered. Please note that a £100 deposit is required upon arrival to cover any large damages etc. the money will be refunded upon departure. Electric car charging is available for an extra cost of £7 per day or £49 per week. Please liaise directly with the owners during your stay.
