The lovingly furnished vacation home (80 m²) with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and 2 comfortable bathrooms (as well as 2 separate toilets) is located just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, which offers families plenty of space for activities (windsurfing, stand-up paddling, jet skiing, etc.) in summer. The garden allows a beautiful view of the sea! A private Wi-Fi connection in the house is available. The space Bedrooms: the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor each have 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm each). The ground floor bedroom with terrace access has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). In total, the house has 6 sleeping places. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent our in-house bed linen and towels for 20 euros per guest (payable on site). Living room: the living room, which is open to the kitchen, has a large flat-screen TV, a leather set and leads directly to the terrace. Bathrooms: The 2 bathrooms have a shower and sink. There are 2 separate toilets. Kitchen: The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge-freezer. All necessary kitchen utensils are provided. The attached dining area can accommodate up to 8 people. Garden: The large fenced garden has a terrace with garden furniture for 6 people (plus 2 more chairs from the living area) and a gas grill and a charcoal grill (must not be used in wind), as well as 2 sun loungers. In addition, there is a bar table with 4 bar stools on a smaller, separate terrace. Other things to note The house has its own garden (about 100 m²) with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, which invite you to cozy barbecue evenings. If you sit on the right corner, you can see the sea and breathtaking sunsets from the garden. Your dog is welcome to be brought to the property on request (the property is fenced with a gate). The kilometer-long clean sandy beach can be reached via a short path that leads via the coastal road. The daily cleaned pool with free loungers and sea views below the complex can be shared and is less than 100 meters away from the property. A large supermarket (Spar), bakery, souvenir shop, boutiques and restaurants are located on the square, which is within walking distance. Dance and music evenings take place regularly in a great atmosphere and with Corsican flair at the plaza, but you won't hear anything acoustically in the accommodation. Free Wi-Fi is available at the reception and public places. The final cleaning costs 200 euros, the visitor's tax is 2 euros per person per day.
