Our charming country house, located in the heart of Ségrie, has been completely restored and offers all modern comforts. It obtained the furnished tourist accommodation*** at the end of 2023. Many ideas for outings nearby: the Alpes Mancelles, Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, Saint Ceneri, Saint Léonard des Bois, the old Mans, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, Papéa park, Lake Sillé etc... It's up to you! The space The house includes a living room with a fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the sleeping side, you will be transported to various universes: a bedroom with the theme "Fragonard" (1 bed 140, new bedding), another, in a row, with the theme "24 hours" (2 beds 90 x 190, new bedding) and, on the first floor, a bedroom with the decoration "Harry Potter" for the pleasure of young and old. It consists of two 90 x 190 beds. The house also has a bathroom with a double sink and toilet, a bathroom with a shower and two sinks (hair dryer available) as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and separate toilet. The house is equipped with fiber (speed up to 1Gbit/s). Wifi is accessible in all the rooms. The windows of the house are double-glazed. The roof was refurbished in 2019. The house has been equipped since 2021 with latest generation electric radiators, "electronic regulation electric emitters with advanced functions. The tourist tax is charged and included in the price by Airbnb. Board games are available for rainy days and outdoor games for sunny days. The house has a private garden-park with trees, not overlooked, (1100 m2) equipped with an arbor with a garden table and a barbecue, several garden lounges, sunbathing, a hammock as well as a ping-pong table to enjoy pleasant moments with the family. We provide the basic necessities for your arrival, and it's your responsibility to replace them when you check out. Linens and towels are also provided. Guest access You will be greeted upon arrival by the owners. You can park your vehicle in a private courtyard secured by a gate.
