There is a synthetic lawn and BBQ area and a large seating area underneath The space Accommodation is set out as follows: 5 bed villa: 2 x doubles 3 x twins 3 bedrooms have ensuites. 1 x family bathroom Huge living area with sofas, tables and chairs, TV and wi-fi. 2 bed annex - adjoined to villa with separate access: 2 twin bedrooms and one bathroom Large living and kitchen area. 3 bed apartment: Separate apartment set within the villa grounds 2 x twin bedrooms both with ensuite 1 x double bedroom with ensuite Living room, fully equipped kitchen with TV (all channels) and wi-fi. The villa is set on one level but with steps up to access it from the road. From the villa, a 5-10 minute walk takes you to the resort centre. Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more! A new coastal path has just been built allowing a lovely walk from the resort centre along the sea front to the neighbouring fishing village of Los Abrigos where some of the nicest fresh fish restaurants on the island can be found. Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Local staff: The local staff are based at the complex called "The Club" which is located next to the golf clubhouse in the neighbouring resort of Amarilla. (5 mins drive away). They are available in person at The Club and by phone should they be required during your stay. Towels and linen change weekly. Other things to note The price of the villa is is based on 7 bedrooms (5 bed villa plus 2 bed annex). There is an extra £550 per week if the 3 bed apartment is required. Therefore to book all 10 bedrooms (5 bed villa, plus 2 bed annex plus 3 bed apartment) please make your booking as normal and we will contact you to collect the extra £550 per week fee.
