Your private entrance is located through the gated backyard. The lit pathway from the front yard does have a relatively steep grade to it, but no stairs. Other things to note To clarify the 'Entire Home': This apartment is in a shared building, but there are no shared interior spaces. You have a private entrance, and exclusive private use of the entire basement except for the utility and storage closets. You also have exclusive use of the outdoor basement patio furniture and bbq. The patio is not private as we may need to water the plants, mow the lawn, or other yard maintenance, and we use the deck above the patio, but nobody else will be using the furniture or grill. Airbnb has the host select one of three responses (1) whole house (2) shared space or (3) private room. The interior space and patio is not shared, and we offer more than just a private room, so the best response for this apartment is whole house/apartment.
