Daisy Lodge in Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon

Daisy Lodge is a peaceful and spacious self catering lodge in a quiet location on the banks of the River Avon just one mile from the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Our spacious and South facing two bedroom, two bathroom lodge is in lovely Avon Park and welcomes children and pets. On site bar/restaurant, play area and riverside walks. Good local pubs and restaurants within 10mins walk in Tiddington village. Lots of local attractions - the perfect getaway for your short break or holiday. The space Our lodge has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with comfortable sofa bed and dining area with fully fitted kitchen. The decking area is south facing with views to the River Avon and the Millennium Bridge. The decking is furnished al fresco dining with table and chairs, a parasol and loungers for relaxing in the sun. Our lodge is in a very peaceful setting. You can enjoy the sound of ducks and moorhens and watch the beautiful swans on the river. Just opposite the lodge is the Millennium Bridge. You can stroll over this bridge to the Riverside bar and restaurant or stroll into the village of Tiddington for shops and restaurants. Or just stand on the bridge and watch life on the river - wildlife, wild swimmers, rowers, stand up paddle boarders and fishermen. You may even spot a kingfisher as it flashes down the river. Guest access Our whole lodge/cabin is for your use. You can walk through Avon Park and enjoy the facilities at the Riverside bar and restaurant. Sit on the terraces or picnic area and watch the world go by. Underneath the Riverside there is a crazy golf layout and a children's playground. There are two dog walking fields on the park. Other things to note Just a short walk over the bridge opposite the lodge is the Riverside Club for all day dining. A river taxi operates from April to October for a romantic short cruise down the river Avon into the heart of Stratford upon Avon (currently not operating due to coronavirus restrictions). Nearest shops and pub 10 minutes walk.
