This is a delightful space for two, in downtown Boothbay Harbor. Everything is walkable. Steps from all the shops, restaurants and foot bridge across the bay. Just around the corner are Whale watching and Sunset Cruises, along with paddle board/ kayak rentals. We provide off street parking in lot across the street, no charge. Window A/C unit in the bedroom for those hot summer days This is a small one bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a 3 unit building, accessed by a staircase. It has a full eat in kitchen and bath. A separate bedroom with a Queen size bed. The only shared space is the outside hilltop patio. Which has a small table and chair set with a barbecue gas grill for your use. Cozy and clean with lots of beach decor in a great location. The one bedroom is a private space all to yourselves. There is a shared patio with your own seating area and entrance. The grill is in the the middle of the patio and for both apartments to use. We do not live on property. We will provide you with cell phone numbers Incase you need anything. As long as your check in is not late in the evening, we are open to a meet and greet if preferred. We are located in downtown Boothbay Harbor. Short 3-4 min walk to all shops , restaurants and foot bridge across the bay. Great location.
