The house of Doux Verger is classified 3 stars, it is located in Saint Lunaire, a small famous Breton seaside resort. It nestles in a protected countryside area, not far from the first fine sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of the seaside and discover Dinard, Saint Malo, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux and Mont Saint Michel. The space The Doux Verger house has been carefully renovated, offering comfortable and luxurious living spaces with a magnificent view of a 4000m² garden, 3200m² of which is home to Ouessant sheep. It offers: High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. On the ground floor: - A spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed (convertible to 80 or 160cm) - A recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop) open to the living room. - A recently renovated shower room (shower and sink), completed in March 2024 (see photos). - Separate wall-hung toilet. Upstairs: Two bedrooms have sloping ceilings: - A large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (sink, jacuzzi bathtub positioned under the eaves and not easily accessible for taller people). The bed is 160 cm x 190 cm. - A second large bedroom upstairs also has a sink. The bed is 140 cm and there is a single sofa bed. - Separate toilet. - Private parking on the property. - A large private garden of approximately 800 m² with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. The bedrooms are very spacious but have sloping ceilings; therefore, the house is less comfortable for very tall people (the jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom is located under the eaves). As it is important for us to preserve this place that we particularly cherish, we wish to limit its occupancy to 6 people. The house and its enclosed garden are completely independent and private. However, it is semi-detached (with no overlooking) to the Gîte du Doux Verger, which is also available for rent for 4 people during the holiday season. Other important details: Pets (small dogs and cats) may be accepted upon request and prior agreement. For the comfort and safety of all residents, here are some examples of acceptance conditions: no category 1 or 2 dogs, they must be well-trained, treated for parasites, up-to-date on vaccinations, and weigh no more than 20 kg. They must not cause continuous or repeated noise disturbances. They must not be left alone in the house or garden. The house is non-smoking. Guest access Comfortable and opulent, it offers you vast living spaces with a magnificent view of a 4000m2 garden, 3200 of which are occupied by Ouessant sheep. The house and its garden are completely independent and private, it is nevertheless adjoining the Doux Verger gite, also available for rent for 4 people during the holiday period. Since energy is a major concern today, we do not want to engage in the free-market economy.
