Adjoining the owners’ home, it is set in the pretty village of Freethorpe just 3 miles from the riverside inns in the broadland village of Reedham, where boats can be hired and visitors can enjoy a spot of fishing or simply watch the waterborne world go by. The surrounding country lanes are ideal for walking and cycling, and nearby Breydon Water is a paradise for bird watchers. The market town of Acle is 3 miles and Winterton’s glorious beach, with its 6 mile walk offers seal watching. Cromer is famous for its seafood.
