The villa has 350 square meters of living space on 4 floors. A hot tub in the evening makes everything forgotten Villa is surrounded by palm banana trees oranges and lemon trees. The villa is completely protected from sight and has privacy. The space Pool: The pool is 7m long and 5 m wide 1,50 m deep and is heated(not included in the renting price) The pool is cleaned and checked every day Furnishing: Each guest gets a towel, a shower towel and a pooltowel The towels may only be used in the villa In each room there is a hairdryer, handsoap and toilet paper In the kitchen there are all the utensils you need in everyday life, plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, cutlery, sugar, salt, water, spices, glasses, cups, tea towels, dish soap, garbage bags, toaster juicers and much more The villa is equipped with a washing machine dryer iron dishwasher. Detergents are provided All rooms are equipped with air conditioning Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am. In some cases, if there is no booking for the next day, we can make exceptions after consultation. Otherwise the times must be observed. Each guest is personally welcomed by me in the villa and I am also there when checking out. Damage Deposit: The Guest must bring a damage deposit of £300 in cash. After check-out, this will be paid out in cash again if everything is in order. We want to protect ourselves against major damage. Broken glasses and plates do not apply. self catering villa: This villa is a self catering accommodation and not a hotel. All the utensils that we have provided you with, as well as water, toilet paper, coffee, etc., must be bought again yourself We have cameras in the villa that record the outside area and broadcast it on a monitor in the kitchen. One camera records the entrance area, one camera records the pool area and one camera records the front garden. These recordings are not awarded, but only allow guests to see their children or people via the camera when they are not in the pool area or front garden, where they are. If you do not want these cameras during your stay, we can also switch them off. Other things to note Airport/Transfer We offer a transfer service. The advantage is that all drivers know our location and there is a smooth transfer. every guest is free to come to the villa themselves but if you want a transfer you can ask me.
