The house is on two floors of 100 square meters each, the living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor. All rooms have oak-beamed and are fully furnished and equipped with all comforts' cause guests can feel at home, pampered by a friendly and familiar atmosphere. In the living area on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with two big sofas gathered around the fireplace and TV corner; a bricks’ archway connects the living room to the fully equipped masonry kitchen characterized in the middle by a beautiful table that can accommodate up to 12 diners. Always on the ground floor one of the three bathrooms with shower and washing machine available to guests. In the sleeping area on the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms with a double bed (two of them have a third additional single bed and each one could have a little addicional bed for babies) and a fourth bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. All rooms are really bright and well ventilated and are fully provisioned. Always on the first floor two bathrooms with entrance from the common hallway, both with windows. The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and heating for the winter period, in addition to the fireplace in the livingroom and to the wood stove in the kitchen. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the whole house of 200 square meters, of the surrounding garden of about 2300 sqm fully fenced and of the exclusive swimming pool. Other things to note The house’s rental is just for touristic use. From June to September the minimum stay is generally of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year the minimum stay is of 5 nights. For different periods just contact and ask the hosts. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are always included in the price (per week).
