This old stone cottage is in the conservation area at the heart of this edge-of-Cotswold town . It has many original features, including beams, elm floorboards and the fireplace has a log burning stove. It is ideal for a cosy, romantic break or for those who love idyllic walks by the river. The space It is a two-minute walk to the intriguing antique shops and pubs, restaurants and cafes. Visit the impressive church in the centre of Lechlade, which inspired Shelley or the ancient church in Inglesham (approximately one mile away) which features restoration by William Morris. In addition, several stunning honey-coloured stone villages and National Trust houses of note (for which the Cotswolds is so famous) are only a few minutes' drive away. Guest access The entire property is at the guest's disposal. There is free, safe parking in Sherborne Street. Other things to note Stair gate, travel cot and highchair are available by arrangement. If you wish to bring pets please contact us before booking as the property is not suitable for all pets. Please note that pets are not allowed upstairs.
