The apartment is on the second floor of the house and is particularly suitable for couples who can enjoy the balcony for outdoor dining. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds that can also be joined if necessary. The super-equipped kitchen, built by our carpenters, has been designed for those who, even on vacation, do not want to give up preparing a special dinner. The living room with sofa, armchair and ottoman can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The balcony is suitable for two people who can eat outdoors, but the spacious room also allows 4 people to eat with a unique sea view. The bathroom is located on another level than the living room and bedrooms, thus ensuring even more privacy. Mosquito nets will allow you to enjoy the sea breeze and fresh air coming from the mountain without worries. Dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning and espresso machine will make you feel at home. Guest access Parking spaces are usually available in front of the house, or you can use a large free parking lot 200 meters from the house. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of the house and the stairs to access it are shared with another apartment.
