The flat is located on the second floor of the house and is particularly suitable for couples who will be able to enjoy the balcony for outdoor dining. The space The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds that can also be joined if necessary. The superbly equipped kitchen, built by our carpenters, is designed for those who, even on holiday, do not want to miss out on preparing a special dinner. The living room with its sofa, armchair and ottoman can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The balcony is suitable for two people to eat outdoors, but the spacious room also allows 4 people to eat with a unique sea view. The bathroom is on a different level from the floor of the hall and rooms, providing even more privacy. Mosquito nets allow you to enjoy the sea breeze and fresh air coming from the mountains without worries. Washing machine, Washing dishes wi fi, air conditioning and espresso machine will make you feel at home. Guest access Parking spaces in front of the house are usually available, alternatively there is ample free parking 200 metres from the house. Other things to note The flat is located on the second floor of the house and the stairs to access it are shared with another flat.
