Mediterranean chalet with pool

The cozy "Casa Monica" is located in the quiet seaside town of Cala Pi and just minutes from the sandy beach. With heating and air conditioning it provides comfort all year round. From the roof terrace there are beautiful sea views. The space The outer area of "Casa Monica" has several terraces, a pool and a small garden. The ground floor is divided into a living room with dining table and direct access to the pool terrace, a modern kitchen and a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with double bed, and a shower room. From one of the rooms, guests have direct access to a small terrace and to the rooftop terrace. From the other room an outdoor staircase leads to the Mediterranean garden. Guest access The guests have access to all areas. Other things to note The final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. If desired, a baby bed and/or a high chair can be provided. Please note when making your request. Wireless connection is available. Since July 1, 2016, as a rental agency we are obliged to charge our guests the "tourist occupancy tax" (so-called Eco-Tax) and transfer the respective amounts to the tax agency. The rate for the vacation rental of houses and fincas is 2,00 € per person and night for the first 8 nights, after that there is a 50% discount on each additional night. Exempt from tax are only children under 16 years.
