Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station). The space The two bedrooms are separated from each other and from the kitchen and bathroom by a hallway and lockable doors. In the master bedroom you have morning sun, in the 2nd bedroom and kitchen evening sun Guest access You have a separate entrance, if necessary with independent check-in with a key safe. If we are able, we will gladly welcome you ourselves and show you all the amenities and the hot tub. Other things to note If you want, our new highlight, an outdoor whirlpool is at your disposal (one-time service fee 50,- April to October, 70,- November to March), in return you can use the whirlpool as often as you want. The water is changed after each rental. The whirlpool is at your exclusive disposal! Furthermore there is the possibility to let a 5 or 6 person (child) sleep on a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room area. The sofa bed is new and equipped with topper/cover if required. The apartment accommodates up to six guests: two king-size beds (one in each bedroom) and one sofa bed in the living and dining area.
