There are 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with ocean views and a second toilet, hairdryer, an outdoor hot/cold shower on the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern and sunny living room with fireplace and 3 large terraces with ocean views. Each bedroom has its own furnished terrace with sun protection. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet/bathroom with a washing machine and on the first floor there is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and great ocean views from the bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a modern refrigerator/freezer. Cubo del Mar is equipped with air conditioning, fans, satellite TV, WiFi and stereo with Aux IN and Bluetooth. The small private and heated pool (4x3x1.7 meters) is located directly on the cliff. In the garden there is a barbecue area under the pine trees and a private access to the sea (the staircase located on the left side allows you to quickly reach the water or the beach. In front of the living room there is a private terrace and an outdoor dining table under the pine trees! Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage.
