Our cozy and warm garden-studio apartment give you a feeling of being home while away from home. Our beautiful backyard garden provides a slice of the neighborhood's earthiness. It is located within walking distance of the several of the city's destination centers i.e., BAM, Lower Manhattan The space It's a generouly sized floor, approximately 1,000 s.f.,thru Brooklyn Brownstone sun filled garden apartment. The livingroom serves as both bedroom and living room with a queen size and full size trudle day bed. A work space with a classic 19th century desk also shares the space. The middle room has a queen size sofa bed and walk in closet. The back of the apartment is a full size kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Also the bathroom is at the back of the apartment. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit in the backyard.
