Winners of the Best Bed and Breakfast in the East of England, We can promise you a very wam and friendly welcome at Dairy Barns situated between Hickling in the Norfolk Broads and the stunning coastline at Sea Palling, Waxham and Horsey Gap Seal Colony. Our fantastic breakfasts are worth getting up for with a delicious full english and amazing homemade waffles, along with homemade cake on arrival. Dairy Barns opened in 2005 we have 9 bed and breakfast rooms and 2 holiday cottages on the farm The space All double en-suite rooms are very spacious with a comfortable superking sized bed and ensuite shower room with fantastic power showers and luxury fluffy towels. They are located on the ground floor of the property with views across the court yard. Each room is beautifully colour-themed and named Dahlia, Norfolk Lavender, Seaside and Sunrise. They are well equipped with a hospitality tray and kettle, fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, and of course television. There is space in these rooms for 1 child to share on addtional fold up beds. Phone signal is patchy but we have reliable fibre broadband During your stay We love welcoming people to our farm and have been doing so for more than 20 years, we are very proud to have won the award for Best Bed and Breakfast in the East of England twice. Hannah and Ian along with their amazing team of staff pride themselves in offereing a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests. Along with clean and comfotable rooms we enjoy helping you make the most of your stay offering suggestions on places to visit and the best pubs and resturants to eat at. You are welcome to explore the paths on the farm where there is wildlife in abundance and simply enjoy getting away from the hussle and bustle of real life. We have horses on the farm all year and in the summer there are beef cattle and sometimes sheep on the meadows. Other things to note we welcome children from age 2, there is an addtional charge. children of all ages are welcome in our 2 holiday cottages No dogs in the bed and breakfast, dogs are welcome in Dune View Holiday Cottage
